Clear for Operators, Simple for Drivers

SmartCharge explains what it is doing in plain language, so the people running chargers and the people using them both know where they stand.

For the People Running the Chargers

The dashboard is built for operations by exception: quiet when things are fine, clear when they are not.

A guided start

Create your organization and follow a setup checklist to get it running.

Load you can understand

The live load view shows each stall's power with a plain-language reason, such as capped by a panel, waiting for cheaper hours, or paused for priority.

Charger status in words

Status reads the way you would say it, such as "plugged in, waiting" or "paused by charger", instead of raw protocol codes.

Alerts with a lifecycle

Alerts move from open to acknowledged to resolved. Each person picks the minimum severity they want and can mute alert types.

Teams and roles

Invite people by email and give them the role that fits: admin, manager, fleet admin, depot manager, dispatcher, finance (read only) or driver.

Account security

A strong password policy, email changes confirmed by code, and a list of signed-in devices you can sign out remotely.

Fleet drivers see what matters to them

A fleet driver sees their assigned vehicle and its next ready-by time, without the rest of the depot.

For the People Charging

The SmartCharge app for iOS and Android works at every charger run on SmartCharge.

Start, stop and follow

Start and stop charging in the SmartCharge app and follow the session live.

Pay and keep receipts

Saved cards with 3-D Secure, receipts for every payment, refunds, and a history of past sessions.

Your data, your call

Check live charger status before heading over, and download your data or delete your account at any time.
